Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a cardiovascular conditioning class using easy to follow boxing type movements, combined with target and floor work to sculpt and strengthen, making this a motivating workout!

Tuesday at 6:00pm for 60 minutes.

Group sessions are on special, buy 5 get 5 1/2 price. Ten sessions for just only $90. You can mix and match sessions with Strength and Conditioning, Hot Yoga, and Zumba.
